Description As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for
installing, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems,
including RTUs, VAV systems, boilers, chillers, heat pumps, and air
handling equipment. Your role will involve performing preventive
maintenance and diagnostics on mechanical and control systems,
supporting new construction and renovation projects by reading
blueprints, interpreting specifications, and coordinating with
project managers and trades. You will troubleshoot system issues,
provide clear and accurate recommendations for repair or
replacement, ensure compliance with safety standards, building
codes, and company procedures, maintain accurate service records,
documentation, and customer communication, and provide exceptional
customer service, particularly within sensitive healthcare
environments. Participation in an on-call rotation is required.
Responsibilities Install, service, and repair commercial HVAC
systems, including RTUs, VAV systems, boilers, chillers, heat
pumps, and air handling equipment. Perform preventive maintenance
and diagnostics on mechanical and control systems. Support new
construction and renovation projects by reading blueprints,
interpreting specifications, and coordinating with project managers
and trades. Troubleshoot system issues and provide clear, accurate
recommendations for repair or replacement. Ensure compliance with
safety standards, building codes, and company procedures. Maintain
accurate service records, documentation, and customer
communication. Provide exceptional customer service, particularly
within sensitive healthcare environments. Participate in on-call
rotation as required. Essential Skills 3 years of commercial HVAC
experience preferred; healthcare facility experience a plus.
Candidates with a New Hampshire Gas/Fuel License are strongly
preferred. EPA Universal Certification required. Strong
understanding of commercial mechanical systems, controls, and
diagnostics. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and
schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail. Strong communication skills and a professional,
customer-focused approach. Additional Skills & Qualifications New
Hampshire Gas/Fuel License is a major advantage. Experience in

based out of Nashua, NH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to
some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length
