Creative Financial Staffing has been retained by a long-established local Massachusetts to identify a Collections Specialist to join their team. Founded almost 200 years ago, they are a leader in their field in relation to local area development. • Collections Specialist position allows for a hybrid schedule
  
  Responsibilities of the Collections Specialist:
  
  • 
    
  • Creating and distributing customer statements
    
  • Monitoring customer accounts, making collection calls as necessary
    
  • Answering client inquiries, documenting properly as needed
    
  • Processing credits/rebills
    
  • Creating and distributing aging reports to management
    
    Background Expected of the Collections Specialist:
    
    • 
      
    • 3+ years' experience in a collections role
      
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or experience equivalent
      
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
